Dylans Academy of Dance (D.A.D) is a friendly dance school run by Mags.
Mags has a wealth of knowledge with over 28 years of performing and 20 years experience in teaching.
Dylans was founded in 2005 and now with over 100 students attending classes in various subjects things are going from strength to strength, the academy offers a wide range of genres from the theatre arts.

The school offers pupils the chance to take IDTA examinations, appear in shows, attend auditions as well as taking part in a well structured fun and friendly class, all of which help develop discipline and confidence.
You will discover a school with a fun yet relaxed atmosphere where all teachers are qualified and have undergone a CRB check.
Finally Dylans prides itself on having FUN, FUN, and just a little more FUN!
All Teachers are fully qualified and have undergone CRB checks (Criminal Records Bureau) all teachers and parents that assist backstage have received their chaperone licenses.
All assistant teachers are in training and are closely monitored in class.
D.A.D carries full public liability insurance and endeavors to ensure that the safest environment and practices are conducted every week.

Each student is offered the chance to take an IDTA examination, but this is not compulsory.
Easter School, Summer School & Workshops
Dylans holiday Schools are a wonderful opportunity to be immersed in dance, drama and singing for a vibrant 5 day course, which will be followed by a high level performance for your friends and family to attend on the Friday evening.
It’s a great way to meet other dancers and make new friends.
The mix of people from different ages and abilities makes for a very unique experience.
Our school offers exciting workshops throughout the year for newcomers and those with experience in musical theatre.
Dylans Academy of Dance performs a show every 18 months, where all students have the opportunity to take part.
It is developed to a high standard in both choreography and costumes and is the ultimate way for students to show what they have accomplished.
It certainly is the highlight of the school calendar.
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance in the run-up to these organised events.
